There is no set frequency that you should download the data. It depends on two factors: the length of a session and the outcome of a session.

(1) Length of a session: If you intend to use Conscious Investor for a lengthy analysis then it makes sense to perform a full download before you start. The same applies if you intend to use Conscious Investor regularly throughout the day. However, if you are just going to make a quick check on a company, then it may not be necessary to perform a download. If you do want to do a download, then a quick price download may be enough.

(2) Outcome of a session. If the outcome of a session is that you will probably be actually making a stock transaction, then it is important to have the most up-to-date data. Hence a full data download is recommended.
