Teaminvest was formed in 2007 by Howard Coleman, Mark Moreland & Prof. John Price for self-directed investors who'd become disillusioned with the poor quality of advice offered by many in the financial industry.

While there has been phenomenal growth in the information available to investors in recent times, the vast bulk is merely noise associated with the chaos of short- term thinking and price volatility. Most of which is a dangerous distraction for true investors.

The idea was simple: to form a community of experienced and successful investors who would meet regularly to discuss potential investments in a structured and collaborative environment. The wisdom that is drawn from the collective experience, insight and knowledge of peers acts to enhance and guide individual members.
